Hi, I’m Roshan.

I’m a programmer, a writer, and a product builder based in Bangalore.

I build AI products, from an initial idea through development and launch, teaching how to build with AI coding tools and how to use AI in knowledge work.

That can involve working through a research task or a piece of writing together, looking at what the tool produces and whether you can rely on it.

DeepDive is a local to-do application, with a kitchen timer and a radio station built in.

Mereth-Reader is a local-first desktop PDF reader with integrated note-taking, the ability to link notes and uses spaced repetition to remember material after you’ve closed the PDF.

I write about software and AI, with a focus on the problems that you come across while building, how I understand these problems, and how we can build better software.Focusing on sharing what I learn. My articles are the longer explanations. My notes are less settled and they change as I learn more.
